Sammie Cortes is a social media marketing professional with a passion for uplifting artists and amplifying marginalized voices. With experience in digital storytelling, short-form content creation and social media management, she has supported impactful campaigns across the entertainment and non-profit sectors.
As a Social Media Content Creator for Girls Behind The Rock Show, Sammie creates content for an audience of over ten thousand women and gender-diverse individuals. Sammie’s academic background in journalism and marketing has allowed her to use storytelling to connect with audiences and produce meaningful results. Her love of live entertainment and DIY spaces fuels her work. At Pandion Music Foundation, she hopes to connect musicians with the resources and educational tools they need to thrive.
We seek to support musicians around the globe by building a community of industry professionals and independent music creators across all lines of diversity and inclusion, where artists can access free educational and wellness resources and collaboration opportunities.
