  • Pandion Music Foundation is a women-owned, women-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit expanding access to professional-grade music education, creative resources, and career pathways—removing financial and structural barriers for those most often excluded from traditional systems.

  • Pandion supports music creators and aspiring industry professionals at many stages—artists, producers, engineers, managers, and educators—particularly those from under-resourced communities, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, non-binary, women, disabled creators, and youth.

  • You can engage with Pandion in several ways:

    • Watch free workshops and panels in our Library

    • Attend live sessions or community events

    • Apply for or be invited into select programs

    • Join our mailing list to stay informed about opportunities

    Participation options vary throughout the year.

  • Yes. Pandion’s programming is offered at no cost to participants whenever possible, made possible through grants, partnerships, and community support.

  • Bring your burning questions about music, career, or the industry. Pandion exists to demystify the music industry. While we can’t offer individual career consulting, we welcome topic ideas and questions that may inform future workshops, panels, or resources.

  • Pandion regularly collaborates with industry professionals who want to give back through teaching, conversation, or mentorship.
