Pandion mentors offer guidance, perspective, and encouragement to artists and emerging professionals navigating creative careers. Mentorship may take the form of one-on-one sessions or small-group conversations. Our mentorship program is a minimum six-month engagement, designed to be intentional, respectful of time, and grounded in real-world insight.
