Kim is a music industry professional with a bachelor’s degree in Commercial Music Business and a master’s degree in Music Industry Studies, complemented by collegiate and private training in vocal performance. Her background allows her to thoughtfully bridge the creative and operational sides of music, bringing both artistic understanding and strong organizational skills to her work.
Kim is passionate about supporting artists, programs, and communities through clear communication, collaboration, and purpose-driven coordination. She is especially drawn to mission-based organizations that use music as a vehicle for connection, education, and lasting community impact.
We seek to support musicians around the globe by building a community of industry professionals and independent music creators across all lines of diversity and inclusion, where artists can access free educational and wellness resources and collaboration opportunities.
