CANDICE Rosales
BOARD TREASURER
Candice is the Director of Development for New Roads School, a diverse independent school with a focus on the arts that awards need-based aid to more than 40 percent of its student body. She is a communications, marketing, and fundraising professional with more than 20 years of agency, in-house, and consulting experience, who specializes in message development, strategic planning, as well as donor and constituent relations. Candice’s service to Pandion is driven by her advocacy for women, especially around issues of reproductive autonomy, maternal well-being and race; access to professional opportunities for artists; and economic justice.
We seek to support musicians around the globe by building a community of industry professionals and independent music creators across all lines of diversity and inclusion, where artists can access free educational and wellness resources and collaboration opportunities. Our commitment to diversity is reflected in Pandion’s leadership, with its women-led staff and Board.
