ANGELICA Aguilera
GRANT WRITER
Angelica Aguilera is a multidisciplinary creative and grant writer who has secured more than $14.8 million in funding for cities, schools, and nonprofits across California. She specializes in helping mission-driven organizations strengthen their programming and impact through strategic, equity-centered grant acquisition, with recent successes including $2.2 million from the Golden State Pathways Program and $5.2 million from the Community Schools Partnership Program.
As an accomplished poet, musician and 2025 Map Fund Awardee, Angelica joins the Pandion Music Foundation team with a dual lens of fundraising expertise and lived creative experience, strengthening the organization’s grant strategy, impact storytelling, and fundraising systems. Her role centers on building a strong funding infrastructure that amplifies Pandion’s mission, storytelling and expands PMF’s reach to underserved artists.
We seek to support musicians around the globe by building a community of industry professionals and independent music creators across all lines of diversity and inclusion, where artists can access free educational and wellness resources and collaboration opportunities. Our commitment to diversity is reflected in Pandion’s leadership, with its women-led staff and Board.
